When Nancy went to get the flowers on Thursday, they were not ready and she had to wait a while. The owner was embarrassed and gave her this guillotine so as to cut the stems easily to accommodate in the karasyaas/vases. It worked like a charm and kept noisy people like me quite, just in case ..........
