At the last weekend 2009 FEZANA AGM 5/22-5/24, our ZAF was represented by Hovi, Kevyn and Burjis Shroff (representing our President Jahan Daruwalla), Aban and Percy Kavasmaneck to represent our popular ZAF Z-Club and make a short presentation about it during the AGM Educational Committee Report, Arnavaz Irani, Rita Engineer and Jo Ann and Soli Dastur representing our ZAF Board. These photos show all these people at the AGM, especially Aban making the presentation for the Z-Club, and Burjis presenting ZAF news as the ZAF Representative. Aban did a wonderful job with a PowerPoint presentation explaining its inception, its charter, its aim, method of instructions, various activities performed by the children and families, meetings, attendance, curriculum, and its rousing success, followed by some photos from the actual activities like Sohrab Rustom skit, etc. The presentation was very well received by the AGM and many positive comments about it were shared to all of us about it. Burjis presented in a 3 minute allowed time frame a PowerPoint presentation, of course prepared by Hovi, all of our ZAF activities and projects like our Navroze, Pateti functions, picnic, and other community orientd projects. He also gave a historical background of the ZAF inception and our current numbers. The highlight of the presentation was its unique ending containing photos of all green trees with fruits growing in their backyard and Hovi distributing leechees to each delegates during the ending!
