On May 17th 2009, Roshan and Rohinton Rivetna, Jehan Bagli and Soli Dastur went to see the Chicago Oriental Institute Museum and especially The Persipolis Tablets. Unfortunately, the professor in charge was out of town. However, Roshan happened to visit the ladies room and lo and behold right next to it was the room with a sign: Persipolis Fortification Archive Project. She knocked on the door and a research student opened the door and we were in for a great viewing of the tablets. This album shows the photos of some tablets, the instruments, and the two graduate research students who were so nice to share all the work they were doing. The photos show the tablets as we saw them.
