What a wonderful show our own Central Florida Group (CFG) Orlando put together for the 2009 FEZANA AGM!All the work of organizing by various members really paid off at the end! Starting with our Ladies, Sarvar, Yasmin, Meena, Shirin, Sherry, and many others, we had the most importatnt item, food, under control. Dinyar Mehta gave us an amazing support for Hotel and conference room accomodations, Friday night food, and many many more small items that he and his well trained and courteous staff did for all of us throughout the conference. Thank you Dinyar! Mezdie did all the overall organization and make sure all jobs were done with gracious hosting. Our transportation crew under Porus and Rumy and Mezdie made sure that all visitors were brought from the airport, bus station and even Amtrak to the hotel. The Friday evening started with a get together 1-5 PM in Wingate with Indian snacks and drinks which was well received by the weary travellers. Then the FEZANA AGM started at 5 PM and went on until 8 PM after which a great short and sweet light (?!) dinner of Indian/American cuisine (and even Pizza) was served by our ladies and Dinyar. It was well received. The night ended with all gathering in Wingate for listening to Firdosh Mehta's jokes!
